Das erwartet Dich bei uns
- In Kooperation mit der Niederlassungsleitung sorgst Du für eine hohe Qualität am Standort.
- Du analysierst unsere operativen Prozesse, initiierst Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und wertest mithilfe Deines guten Zahlenverständnis Analysen und Kennzahlen aus.
- Dabei stehst Du als kompetente Ansprechperson im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren Mitarbeitenden.
- Zur Erhaltung der Lieferqualität führst Du regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen durch.
- Ebenso kompetent, betreust und leitest Du das Lagerpersonal zu einem ansprechenden Qualitätsergebnis in unserem Lager an.

Das bringst Du mit
- Idealerweise hast Du eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder zum Kaufmann für Büromanagement und kannst mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Logistik oder im Beruf vorweisen.
- Dank Deiner kommunikativen Art und Deiner Durchsetzungsstärke trittst Du gegenüber Mitarbeitern und Partnern souverän auf.
- Du punktest mit Deiner klar strukturierten Arbeitsweise, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast Freude an der Umsetzung Deiner Ideen.
- Mit MS-Office hast Du einen routinierten Umgang und sprichst Englisch auf einem guten A2 Niveau.
- Ebenso bringst Du eine starke Leidenschaft für operative Lagerprozesse mit und lebst eine Hands-on-Mentalität.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
