Werde Teil des Teams an unserem Logistikstandort in Großbeeren. In unserem Versandbüro warten jeden Tag spannende logistische Herausforderungen auf uns, die wir gemeinsam mit Dir meistern wollen. Dafür brauchen wir Deinen Tatendrang und Dein Können im Umgang mit Waren und Zahlen.
- In Deiner Rolle unterstützt Du unser Team im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung und im Versandbüro.
- Du bearbeitest das Tagesgeschäft und erstellst Aufträge und Dokumente.
- Auch die Erfassung dieser im System sowie die 4-Augen-Kontrolle der Aufträge zählen zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Dabei bist Du stets in enger Abstimmung mit den operativen Kräften und dem Leitstand des Kunden.
- Nicht zuletzt bereitest Du den systemischen Versand der Ware vor.
What you bring
- Deine Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, alternativ bringst Du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsbearbeitung, gern aus der Logistik, mit.
- Der Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen EDV-Systemen wie MS Office ist für Dich alltäglich, Kenntnisse im Umgang mit AS400 sind wünschenswert.
- Ebenso ist gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Im Dialog mit unseren Kunden und Dienstleistern fühlst Du Dich wohl und punktest mit einer gewissenhaften Arbeitsweise und einem strukturierten Vorgehen.
- Du bist bereit im Wochenwechsel um 06:00 Uhr bzw. 10:00 Uhr Deine Arbeit zu starten - keine Wochenendarbeit!
