- In Deiner Rolle sorgst Du gemeinsam mit uns für einen erfolgreichen Ablauf der Verwaltung sowie der Abrechnung und agierst als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden und uns.
- Als Allrounder liegen allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie Bürotätigkeiten verantwortungsvoll in Deinen Händen.
- Hierzu zählen hauptsächlich die Bearbeitung von Eingangs- sowie Ausgangsrechnungen.
- Darüber hinaus fällt die Einholung und Archivierung von Transportdokumenten ebenso in Deinen Tätigkeitsbereich.
What you bring
- Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst idealerweise über erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik und Spedition.
- Natürlich gehst Du routiniert mit MS Office um, insbesondere in Excel macht Dir niemand etwas vor.
- Zusätzlich punktest Du mit einer exzellenten analytischen Vorgehensweise und der Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Aufgaben schnell sowie eigenständig lösen zu können.
- Abgerundet wird Dein Profil durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Dein Engagement, unbeschwert an Menschen heranzutreten und als loyaler Teamplayer zu agieren.
