Job Description
What you can expect
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung der täglichen Inventur sowie das Erfassen von Abhol- und Zustellaufträgen.
- Zudem kümmern Sie sich um die täglichen Lademittelbuchungen für den Nah- und Fernverkehr.
- Ebenso führen Sie verantwortungsvoll die Kontoabstimmung mit unseren Kunden, Partnern und dem Nahverkehr durch.
- Darüber hinaus kümmern Sie sich um das Erstellen von Rechnungen und Gutschriften und prüfen die Eingangsrechnungen.
- Neben dem bearbeiten von E-Mails liegt ebenso die monatliche Konsolidierung in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
- Schlussendlich liegt auch die Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
What you bring
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistikbranche, der Buchhaltung oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich.
- Zudem besitzen Sie bereits Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Inventuren, Lademittelbuchungen und der Erstellung von Rechnungen sowie Gutschriften.
- Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und haben bereits Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen.
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kommunizieren gerne.
- Zu Ihren Stärken gehören eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
