What you can expect
- Neue Kunden werden von der Machbarkeitsanalyse über die Angebotserstellung, -übermittlung und -verhandlung bis hin zur Implementierung und Übergabe an die Operative von Dir begleitet.
- Als elementares Bindeglied moderierst Du die Anforderungen und notwendigen Prozessanpassungen zwischen unseren Kunden und unserer Operativen.
- Business Review Meetings und die regelmäßige Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden zur Kundenbindung gehören ebenso zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
- Bei unseren Bestandskunden identifizierst Du potentielle neue Geschäftsfelder und entwickelst diese mit unserer Operativen aus.
- Zudem bist Du zuständig für die Preisverhandlungen, -anpassungen und Kalkulationen für unsere Kunden.
What you bring
- Du kannst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Transport- und Mehrwertlogistik vorweisen, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Medizinbranche.
- Erfolgreicher, regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt und -pflege zu sowohl operativen- als auch Einkaufsabteilungen haben Dich schon in früheren Rollen ausgezeichnet.
- Dein Verständnis für unterschiedliche Kundenanforderungen und operative Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten bringst Du gewinnbringend für unsere Unternehmung ein.
- Dein analytischer Blick für das Marktgeschehen und die Entwicklungen bei unseren bestehenden und potentiellen Kunden zeichnet Dich zusätzlich aus.
- Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und CRM Systemen sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (Führerscheinklasse B erforderlich) runden Dein Profil ab.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
