What you can expect
Your tasks will include, among others:
• Providing first- and second-line support to users of Blue Yonder.
• Configuring the system when setting up new sites.
• Integrating and configuring new customers in Blue Yonder.
• Working closely with colleagues across the organization, both nationally and internationally.
• Opportunity for travel abroad in connection with our collaboration in RIC NW (Netherlands, England, and Denmark).
• Travel activity may occur, primarily to our HQ in Holzwickede
What you bring
We imagine that you have the following qualifications:
• A relevant IT technical background.
• Experience with Blue Yonder.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Understanding of integration formats such as XML and API.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following tools:
o Integration Tool.
o Virtual Studio.
o DLX-Tool.
o Seeburger Middleware.
o Nshift or other carrier tools.
o Mocca commands.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• Good language skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience with warehouse operations is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
