Job Description
What you can expect
- You will develop frameworks for sustainable process imporvements and best practices.
- You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to enhance sustainability initiatives.
- You will collect, validate, and analyze sustainability-related data. You will develop and maintain dashboards to track indicators.
- You will implement data-driven strategies do develop practices aligned with corporate goals.
- You will ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
- You will manage sustainability audits and reporting requirements (e.g., ESG, GRI, CDP).
- You will benchmark sustainability performance against trends and industry standards.
What you bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in sustainability, process management or environmental compliance.
- You have a strong knowledge and understanding of sustainability frameworks.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are proficient in Power BI.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
