Job Description
What you can expect
- Development and implementation of a Sales strategy for selected verticals
- Acquisition of new customers on a predefined level aligned to our targets
- Conducting negotiations
- Implementation and execution of global Sales plans
- Supporting customers to contribute to an ongoing business development
- Active collaboration with our country and central Group Sales Teams
- Creation of reports to monitor the progress of our goal achievement
What you bring
- Completed degree/studies ideally with a focus in logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales or logistics management
- Consistent overachievement of Sales goals in an international environment in 3PL Warehousing Solutions
- Experience in multinational and multicultural global business evironments in Sales
- Experience in using a CRM to manage sales tasks, forecasting and pipeline
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Goal orientation and customer focus
- Excellent communication skills, also in cross-functional collaboration
- High flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Confident and self-assuredappearance
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Quick comprehension, good analytical skills and a conceptual approach
- Language skills: English, level B2

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
