What you can expect
- In Deiner Rolle planst, überwachst und optimierst Du unsere Tagestouren und bist für die Auftragsabwicklung zuständig.
- Du verantwortest die Vor- und Nachbesprechung der Touren und bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unserer Fahrer.
- Im professionellen Umgang mit unseren Kunden planst Du Termine und Serviceabläufe.
- Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du weitere kaufmännische Bürotätigkeiten wie Rechnungsfreigaben und Führerscheinkontrollen des Fahrpersonals.
What you bring
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Logistik gesammelt.
- Darüber hinaus bringst Du eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick.
- Du verfügst über gute regionale und geografische Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen.
- Du überzeugst uns als engagierter und kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer, der stets souverän auftritt.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
