Das erwartet Sie bei uns
- Als Schichtleiter steuern und kontrollieren Sie eigenverantwortlich das Tagesgeschäft und haben dabei alle Kennzahlen im Blick.
- Sie überwachen die Bereiche Kommissionierung, Montage und Warenausgang.
- Routiniert übernehmen Sie zudem die fachliche Führung und Motivation unserer gewerblichen Mitarbeiter.
- Im Tagesgeschäft priorisieren Sie das Arbeitsvolumen und passen bei Bedarf Personaleinsatz und Betriebsmittel an.
- Darüber hinaus setzen Sie alle operativen Vorgaben souverän um und halten diese konsequent - bei allen Abläufen achten Sie stets auf die Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften.

- Die Basis Ihres Erfolgs ist eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik bzw. eine Weiterbildung im Fachbereich Industrie.
- Sie haben schon in einem Montage- oder Logistik-Center gearbeitet und kennen sich mit Logistiksystemen aus.
- Auch in der Mitarbeiterführung haben Sie sich bereits bewährt und mit Kennzahlen und ihrer Verknüpfung mit konkreten Prozessen kennen Sie sich aus.
- Darüber hinaus gehen Sie stets verantwortungsvoll und eigeninitiativ zu Werke und denken und handeln vorausschauend.
- Nicht zuletzt überzeugen Sie mit Durchsetzungsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit sowie der Bereitschaft, im Mehrschichtbetrieb zu arbeiten.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
