Job Description
What you can expect
- You will collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction and roadmap of the home delivery product line.
- You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout all the regions.
- You will identify best practices in each region and provide end-to-end solutions in other regions with the goal of harmonizing the product Europe-wide.
- You will conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends and innovations, and competitive landscapes in different regions.
- You will lead the end-to-end implementation of new home delivery solutions across global markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- You ll collaborate with local and regional teams to continuously improve product usability, functionality, and performance.
- You will drive customer engagement by gathering feedback and optimizing the user experience.
- You will ensure compliance with transportation regulations and sustainability initiatives.
- You will manage budgets, timelines, and risks associated with product development.
What you bring
- You have a data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- You have ^proven experience as a Product Manager in logistics, transportation (ideally in home/last mile delivery services), or similar.
- You also acquired extensive experience in end-to-end project management and project implementation in international markets.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You gained experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
