What you can expect
What you’ll be doing
- Report & Dashboard Development:
Design, create, and implement automated reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools, tailored to meet business needs. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with global stakeholders to gather business requirements and define functional specifications for reporting and business intelligence applications. - Data Visualization:
Develop clear and impactful visual reports using Power BI, ensuring the presentation of data is meaningful and actionable for business users. - Data Accuracy & Reliability:
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data presented in reports and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards. - Data Modeling:
Design and map data models, transforming raw data into structured, insightful information for use in business decision-making processes. - End-User Training:
Provide training and support to end-users on how to navigate and leverage the dashboards and reports effectively for their needs. - System Enhancement:
Identify opportunities for improvements in existing business intelligence systems and make tactical and technological adjustments as needed. - Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the overall Power BI infrastructure to ensure smooth operation. - Data Integration:
Connect, manipulate, and integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive business intelligence solutions
What you bring
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
- Minimum 4 years of strong experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database management, and ETL processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels globally.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and independent. Adept at prioritizing tasks and performing well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards change and inspiring others.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
