What you can expect
- Du bist für die Systemadministration des Abrechnungsprogramms PAISY in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Dienstleister inkl. der Abrechnungsplanung und Lohnartenparametrierung verantwortlich.
- Darüber hinaus kümmerst Du Dich um die interne und externe Schnittstellenprogrammierung von und zu PAISY.
- Zudem gehört die Optimierung und Anpassung der Payroll-Prozesse der Rhenus-Gruppe mit monatlich ca. 22.000 Abrechnungen in Deutschland inkl. des konzernweiten Reporting zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Außerdem pflegst Du die Berechtigungsstruktur innerhalb von PAISY.
- Zu guter Letzt gehört ebenfalls die Implementierung neuer Gesellschaften in den Abrechnungsprozess in Dein Aufgabengebiet.
What you bring
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Bürokaufmann / Personalfachkaufmann / Kaufmann für Büromanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Außerdem bringst Du tiefe Fachkenntnisse im Abrechnungsprogramm PAISY mit.
- Idealerweise kannst Du bereits Kenntnisse von Vorsystemen wie Workday oder ATOSS vorweisen.
- Darüber hinaus hast Du eine Berufserfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren in vergleichbaren Positionen.
- Du zeichnest Dich zudem durch sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse aus, insbesondere Excel.
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein runden Dein Profil ab.

Recruitment Process
