Job Description

What you can expect

  • Sie implementieren und optimieren unser CMS, entwickeln interne Compliance-Richtlinien weiter und führen Compliance-Risk-Assessments durch.
  • Darüber hinaus bearbeiten Sie interne Complianceanfragen (Stakeholder Support) und stehen verschiedenen Geschäfts- und Schnittstellenbereichen wie Recht, HR oder Vertrieb beratend zur Seite.
  • Zudem konsolidieren Sie Compliance-Reports aus den Divisionen und Business Units und bereiten Berichte für das Compliance-Board vor.
  • Sie organisieren, entwickeln und führen Compliance-Schulungen zu gesetzlichen Anforderungen und internen Vorgaben durch.
  • Außerdem administrieren Sie die Whistleblower-Hotline (Rhenus Integrity Line), führen Geschäftspartnerprüfungen (KYC) durch und leiten bei Compliance-Verstößen Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.
  • Sie definieren risikomindernde Maßnahmen und setzen diese um, um die Einhaltung von Standards und Richtlinien sicherzustellen.

 

What you bring

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaft (FH oder Uni) und verfügen über einschlägige Kenntnisse zu gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit; Compliance-relevante Zusatzqualifikationen sind von Vorteil.
  • Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie idealerweise über Projektmanagementkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, und eine weitere Fremdsprache wäre von Vorteil.
  • Zudem beherrschen MS-Office, insbesondere MS PowerPoint, auf einem sehr guten Niveau.
  • Sie überzeugen durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, einen souveränen und überzeugenden Auftritt sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sie arbeiten diskret, handeln mit höchster Integrität und stehen für Verlässlichkeit und Verschwiegenheit.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
