Unser Logistikstandort in Rade-Mienenbüttel wächst: Nutze die Chance und werde jetzt Teil unseres Expertenteams für die Lagerung und das Handling von Gefahrstoffen und Mineralölen für einige der weltweit größten Kunden aus der Chemie- und Mineralölindustrie. Wir bieten eine langfristige Perspektive mit einem nächsten Karriereschritt innerhalb von 2 - 3 Jahren bei guter Leistung. - Wir bereiten Dich im Zuge unseres Nachwuchsförderungsprogramms innerhalb von 6-9 Monate schrittweise auf die Aufgaben als gewerbliche Führungskraft (im Warenein- und oder Ausgang oä.) vor.
- Du lernst alle Arbeitsabläufe und die Warengruppen kennen und übernimmst die Koordination einzelner Abläufe in Deiner Schicht.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung und sammelst erste Erfahrungen in der Steuerung eines Teilbereichs unseres Logistikstandortes.
- Außerdem bist Du für die Personaleinsatzplanung im Arbeitsbereich verantwortlich und führst, motivierst und entwickelst die Mitarbeiter.

- Du hast eine Affinität für Logistik und möchtest in diesem Bereich noch mehr Erfahrungen sammeln und bringst Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit mit.
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und der Wille als Führungskraft Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Deine Zielstrebigkeit und Dein Organisationstalent aus.

Recruitment Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
