  • Du übernimmst die zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung von Lkw-Komplettladungstransporten für unseren anspruchsvollen Kundenstamm.
  • Mit strategischem Geschick planst und disponierst Du unsere Fahrerteams, immer im Fokus auf Effizienz, Kundenzufriedenheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Zudem sorgst Du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fahrern und Subunternehmern für reibungslose Abläufe und begeisterst Kunden mit punktgenauen Lieferungen.
  • Nicht zuletzt hast Du Lieferzeiten, Routen und Ressourcen stets im Blick und optimierst diese kontinuierlich mithilfe von Datenanalysen.

What you bring

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Des Weiteren bist Du ein Organisationstalent und besitzt die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck präzise zu arbeiten.
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Dich aus, denn Du meisterst wechselnde Anforderungen mit Bravour.
  • Berufserfahrung im dispositionellen Umfeld, idealerweise im Nah- und Fernverkehr, rundet Dein Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
