Du sorgst dafür, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ankommt – und hältst dabei alle Fäden in der Hand.
- Koordination, die zählt: Du planst pünktliche Abholungen und Zustellungen und behältst die Aufträge im Blick.
- Kontakt mit allen Seiten: Du stehst im engen Austausch mit Kunden, Transportpartnern und Schichtleitern, um Lieferungen optimal abzustimmen.
- Tools für den Überblick: Mit unserem Yard Management System überwachst Du An- und Abliefertermine und koordinierst diese in Absprache.
- Zoll im Griff: Du kümmerst Dich um die Zollabwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass alle internationalen Transporte reibungslos abgewickelt werden.
- Immer besser werden: Gemeinsam mit der Standortleitung arbeitest Du an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Transport- und Lagerlogistik und findest neue Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
What you bring
- Logistik-Know-how: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Erfahrung in der Disposition: Du kennst Dich in der LKW-Disposition auf Werksgeländen aus und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und gängigen IT-Systemen.
- Organisationstalent: Du bist ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsgeschick.
- Zollkenntnisse: Du hast Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung, kennst Dich mit den relevanten Prozessen und Vorgaben aus und hältst Dich dabei immer auf Stand.
- Servicegedanke: Dein hohes Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein macht Dich zur perfekten Ergänzung für unser Team.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
