What you can expect
Du erlernst Kenntnisse über die verschiedenen Fahrzeugtypen und deren Handhabung.
Vor allem führst Du an erster Stelle sicher und vorausschauend Busse im Personenverkehr und berücksichtigst dabei die Verkehrssicherheit, die Straßenverkehrsvorschriften und den Umweltschutz.
Der sichere Umgang mit Fahrgästen gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
Du begleitest Beförderungsverträge und wickelst diese sicher ab.
Das Ticketangebot, der Ticketverkauf und die Abrechnung lernst Du vollumfänglich kennen.
Auch für Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten machen wir Dich fit.
What you bring
Zum Ausbildungsstart bist Du bereits mindestens 18 Jahre alt und verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
Auch hast Du noch keine Eintragungen im Fahreignungsregister aufgrund schwerwiegender Verfehlungen gesammelt.
Du hast mindestens einen guten Hauptschulabschluss Klasse 10 erreicht.
Im besten Fall bringst Du bereits ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge mit.
Dein Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift überzeugt. z.B. für Unfallmeldungen, Kundenanfragen, Fahrberichte.
Du hast Spaß am Schrauben und weißt, was z. B. beim Reifenwechsel zu tun ist.

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
